The Wilkin family have been farming at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and making signature jams and spreads there since 1885. They have combined small-batch craft English Vodka with their Tiptree strawberries and Tiptree Spreads to create these rather delicious liqueurs. Sip over ice, add your favourite mixer, or use as the base for cocktails. Two measures of Vodka Liqueur, one teaspoon of Tiptree spread, shaken with ice then strained, makes for a marvellously mellow Vodka Martini.
