When Buiteman were experimenting with adding sun dried tomatoes to their baguette shaped bites, they almost accidentally discovered that robust English Double Gloucester perfectly supports the delicate flavour of those lovely vine ripened beauties. Double Gloucester, the most well-known Gloucester variety, is made with full cream only and has a characteristic, rich, buttery taste. Like in a good relationship, the two main ingredients of sun-dried tomato & cheese baguettes, complement each other beautifully.
