This Russian Oscietra caviar has medium size eggs (2.8mm-3mm) It’s creamy with a light aroma of Hazelnuts. The Gueldenstaedtii weigh between 10 and 12 Kilos when they mature at 13 – 14 years old. The colour of the eggs ranges from grey black, olive and light olive.
