“Yellow Label” is blended from over 50 wines taken from different Crus (vineyards) and several vintages to produce the house style – all from the three Champagne grape varieties, and is usually around 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier – depending on the wine. Around 35% of the blend utilises older, reserve wines with the rest being from the latest vintage. Minimum of 3 years in VCP’s cellars before release to the market.
