An artisanal Florentine biscuit factory, Maison de Florentins use an ancestral recipe, brought up to date by a renowned chocolate maker. According to legend, the Florentine recipe has its origins in the Renaissance: it was developed by the cook of Anne de Bretagne and this delicious gourmet specialty was revisited in 1965 by chocolate maker Michel Chatillon. These delicious cookies are gluten, egg and palm oil free. They are made from nougatine containing orange zest, almonds, honey and candied fruit. They are delicately coated in chocolate. Made with salted butter caramel and 63% cocoa dark chocolate.
