Paprika is a wonderfully flavoured spice made from grinding dried peppers. Traditionally sweet paprika is used for Eastern European dishes, like Goulash, and hot paprika for Spanish dishes and cured meats, in particular Chorizo. This hot paprika is from Spain and is great for adding heat and flavour.
