Cannoli are Sicily’s signature pastry – delicious and crispy, the dough is rolled into the characteristic tube and fried, originally filled with fresh ricotta candied fruits and pistachio, but now with a wide range of flavoured cream fillings. Finally they are dusted with icing sugar and are ready to eat. Perfect as an indulgent treat with an espresso, a cappuccino or a cup of tea if you prefer. These pastries DO NOT require refrigeration. Once opened, please keep in a sealed container and they will keep fresh for up to 1 week.
