Established in 1992 by Master Chocolatier Dirk Naert, Carre specialise in making chocolates with a liquid filling. In a process considered too labour intensive by many Chocolatiers, Dirk Naert blew the dust of an old, traditional recipe and spent a year perfecting the production process.
