Artisan jam made with figs of the Calabacita variety (pear shape and fine and firm skin) and brown cane sugar from organic production. Greenish colour with yellow reflections. It is an intense jam on the palate, pleasant, silky and enveloping. Can be used from breakfast to bakery or accompany cheeses.
