The nation’s favourite sparkler rises to a new level with this premium organic wine that is also suitable for vegans. The name has been chosen to emphasise the respect the winery has for nature. Proverbio is Italian for Proverb, but also incorporates three Italian words that are best able to describe the product: PRO for Prosecco DOC, VER for Vero (Truly) and BIO for Biologico (Organic). The wine itself has fine bubbles, with a classic Prosecco DOC aromatic nose. The wine is very soft on the palate, offering refreshing acidity with lots fruity flavours such as apple, apricot and some banana. This organic Prosecco DOC, thanks to the use of vegetable proteins, is also suitable for Vegans. This is an enjoyable, everyday drinking wine, ideally served as an aperitif.
