The Wilkin family have been fruit farming at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757 and making signature jams and spreads there since 1885. They have distilled small-batch craft English Rum with their Tiptree Honey and Spreads to create these rather delicious liqueurs. Sip over ice, add your favourite mixer, or use as the base for cocktails. We like to add Ginger Beer to make a fiery Rum & Ginger fizz.
