6 x 340g jarsAt Baxters they pride themselves on producing the highest quality and best tasting beetroot. To avoid imperfections, they select each beet not once but twice. Firstly at source and finally hand selected by their experienced team at Baxters. If it isn’t the pick of the crop, they don’t pick it. They then gently steam in small batches and preserve it using a special sweet vinegar recipe made from 100% British barley to preserve its truly delicious taste.
