They are packed fresh, Alla Vera Carne (with very little salt between the anchovies) and ready to be prepared as you wish: You can fillet them with a knife and enjoy them served in extra virgin olive oil and a dash of balsamic vinegar or use them in a delicious puttanesca pasta sauce.
