100% Nero D’Avola. 5.5g/L residual sugar (just off-dry), unoaked. A highly characterful, bright rosè, with tons of fresh red berry fruit flavours. Grapes are selected from the best vineyards in the Trapani area of the north-west corner of Sicily. Very minimal skin contact with the grape juice in the fermentation tanks provides the gorgeous pink colour.
