Mutti Datterini ketchup is based on the original Mutti recipe however using Datterini tomatoes which are naturally sweeter, resulting in a sauce that has 50% less added sugar. It has an intensely sweet flavour, warm red colour and a naturally thick consistency. 2.2kg of fresh tomatoes goes into making 1kg of ketchup. The recipe uses no preservatives or thickeners.
