Dopff & Irion make their Cremant Brut in exactly the same way as Champagne, though their grape blend includes Pinot Blanc. The result is a fine sparkling wine with light bubbles and sophisticated notes of apple, quince, fine herbs and discreet spices. On the palate, it is fresh, supple and refined with citrus notes and almond on the finish.
